ABOUT THE RESTAURANT

Knut is a bar and restaurant based in Stockholm but firmly grounded in Norrland, which was founded by Martin Sjölander in 20xx. The name comes from granddad Knut who used to take Martin berry picking, fishing and moose stalking in the forests of Jämtland as a kid.

The idea behind Knut is to open the door to a new Norrland, by combining the best of two worlds. Specialties from Norrland served with the precision of Stockholm, in an environment where your heart slows down a bit even though you’re in the middle of the city.
