Every Monday night we serve the classic Norrland palette.

Palt is a lovely swedish potato dumpling, filled with smoked pork belly and served with melted butter and lingonberries.

Eat as much as you want (this is how we eat Palt in Sweden) for just 189 SEK.

Knut

Knut is a bar and restaurant with a heart in Norrland and feet in Stockholm that was founded by Martin Sjölander in 2013. The name comes from grandfather Knut, who took Martin on berry picking, fishing trips and moose watching in the Jämtland forests as a child.
